This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in AppointmentStatus (http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/appointmentstatus) and Booked Appointment Statuses (https://canonical.fhir.link/servicewell/wof-portal/ValueSet/booked-appointment-statuses). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
